Avoid rushing by starting on low heat for three minutes or until you feel heat above the pan, then gradually increase the temperature before adding oil. This not only enhances performance but also simplifies cleaning.
It’s also important to choose the right utensils. Wooden or silicone tools prevent enamel chipping, unlike metal utensils that can leave scratches.
After cooking, let your pan cool before rinsing to prevent thermal shock. Although dishwashers are convenient, hand washing with a soapy sponge and a brush maintains the pan’s quality.
