The concern is the possible presence of Pseudomonas bacteria, which can pose a serious infection risk for individuals with compromised immune systems or those using external medical devices.
To obtain a full refund, customers are advised to photograph the back of the affected product, ensuring the UPC and lot code are visible, and mark it with “recalled” using a permanent marker.
